If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, defects, or any other error(s) in processing, we will be happy to process a return for you without any restocking fees, while also providing you with a return label at no cost to you.

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging. 

In order to get full money back refund, please keep all the original packaging including all tags, instructions, inserts, cushion material etc.

For full money back return, you must return all applicable items 30 days from the day of the item delivery. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded full purchase price, including tax – less shipping charges for the initial delivery.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in new, unused condition. Products that have damages, scratches, assembly marks, or anything deemed as used by the sole discretion of Elevate, will not be eligible for a full money-back return.

Refund process:
  • In order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number and return label, please reach out to us. Items returned without our prior authorization and without obtaining a return label from us will not be eligible for any type of refund.
  • Returned items will be inspected within 3 days of receiving the merchandise in order to ensure that the product is in new, unused condition
  • Damages incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund – repack carefully for return.
  • The original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds generally take between 7 and 10 business days to be credited to the original way of payment after the merchandise has been inspected. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually in about 5-10 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We are here for you. 

Notify us immediately if you notice ANY damage during receival of your package. If you discover any problem/damage while receiving your package, notify the delivery person immediately. Visibly damaged packages should be refused.

Some outside damage of the box may appear to be minimal, however, the inner contents of the package may be severely damaged.

Our advise is to open the boxes immediatly and check the conditions of the items. If any of the items is damaged, write a precise description of the damage before signing. 

In order to successfully expedite a damage claim, you must keep the original packaging material that the items arrived in. Along with keeping the package materials, take digital images and submit them to us. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
