Shipping & Delivery
All orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping charge is $9.99
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Some of the carriers include FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL etc.
No, we do not ship overseas. Currently we ship only to lower 48 US states.
Unfortunately, no. Due to size of our home furnishing products, we can only ship to a street address.
Due to the cost of shipping and transporting products to Alaska and Hawaii, we have a limited product selection that we can ship to you immediately. If you want to see a particular item in your home, let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen.
If you believe you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. If your order has shipped, we cannot change the order and delivery address.
It depends on where you are. Processed orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once we ship your order, you will be notified via email and the phone number you provided.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if our warehouse department has not yet processed it. We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled.

Depending on the size of your order and availability, it is common for items to arrive separately and via different delivery methods.
We process orders during our business hours, Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends.
Orders can get lost, stolen, or damaged. Some things can be out of our control. Packages are tracked and insured from the moment they leave our warehouse. Feel free to contact us if you are still waiting for your package to arrive.
