SHIPPING CARRIERS
Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS or by other common domestic carriers.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours. We do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
SHIPPING COST
We offer Free Shipping on items $100 or more, unless otherwise specified on the item page. Items $100 or less have a $8.85 per order shipping charge. Some manufacturers require a mandatory shipping charge.
We offer expedited shipping including a 2 day/overnight shipping on select items from our inventory. Additional costs for those services are calculated during the checkout process.
Signature Delivery is required on orders on over $250 and may incur additional costs.
Shipping costs for shipping to HI and AK are calculated during the checkout process.
SALES TAX
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY.
USA States marked with an asterisk (*) also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges.
INSURANCE AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Every shipment is insured against accidental damage.
Notify us immediately if you notice ANY damage during receival of your package. If you discover any problem/damage while receiving your package, notify the delivery person immediately. Visibly damaged packages should be refused.
Some outside damage to the box may appear to be minimal, however, the inner contents of the package may be severely damaged.
Our advise is to open the boxes immediatelyand check the conditions of the items. If any of the items is damaged, write a precise description of the damage before signing.
In order to successfully expedite a damage claim, you must keep the original packaging material that the items arrived in. Along with keeping the package materials, take digital images and submit them to us.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We offer only shipping within the USA and we do not offer international shipping.
We cannot deliver to AFO/P.O. Boxes; we require a street address for order delivery.
Due to the size of items from our catalogs, we cannot ship to AFO/PO Boxes.
